Inter County Teams
On Sunday 16 November Briony went to Ipswich to represent Hertfordshire as a member of the Herts Bronze team competing in the Inter County Teams Competition.
Selection for the team is a huge achievement, especially after the challenging year Briony has had with injury. She competed on three pieces, performing a nice vault, a stuck beam & a beautiful floor routine. The Herts team finished in 5th place overall in a very tough competition.
Well done Briony, we’re so proud!
Herts County Teams
On Sunday 10 November, our gymnasts competed in Zinc & Copper Hertfordshire Team championships.
We had two teams in the Zinc level competition; Turnford Blue and Turnford Pink; and after performing some great routines Turnford Blue finished 2nd, picking up the silver medal & our young Turnford Pink team finished in 7th place.
In the Copper level competition, our team showed strong routines and finished 3rd place picking up the bronze medal.
Special mention to Briony who competed as a guest today at Bronze level, after coming back from injury, showing clean confident routines.

Zinc Regional Finals
On Sunday 3 November, Maisie went to Ipswich to represent Hertfordshire at the Zinc Regional Finals.
Maisie performed brilliantly in her first regional final, showing another set of clean & confident routines resulting in a 7th place finish in the region.
Well done Maisie, we’re all really proud of you!
Copper County Champs
Congratulations to Beth, Daisy, Sophie and Lucie who competed in the Hertfordshire County Copper Championships.
The girls performed brilliantly in a tough competition for the 12+ age group, picking up apparatus ribbons and a standout Turnford floor podium!
Beth 2nd on vault & 1st on floor. Lucie 2nd on floor. Sophie 3rd on floor.

Maisie is Zinc County Champion!
Huge well done to Ava, Maisie S, Emily, Beau, Zahraa, Maisie C & Kacie who competed in the Herts Zinc County Championships. All our gymnasts performed brilliantly with notable success to Maisie C who was crowned Zinc (11+) County champion!
We also picked up several apparatus ribbons:
Ava (9/10) - 2nd on vault. Zahraa (11+) - 1st on beam. Kacie (11+) - 2nd on floor.
Maisie C (11+) - 1st on bars, 2nd on beam, 1st All Around & County Champion!!!
We are so proud of all of you!
Regional Grade Finals
On Sunday 19 May, Julia went to Ipswich to represent Hertfordshire at the Development 3, Regional Grade Finals.
Well done to Julia for making another regional final, improvements and learnings from this competition to take onto the next.
Julia is County Champion at Development Grade 3!
Big congratulations to all our gymnasts who successfully passed their Preparation & Development Grades today at the Herts NDP Grades competition.
Notable successes for Elsie finishing 3rd overall in the 12+ age group for Prep grade 2 and to Julia for becoming County Champion in the 12/13 age group for Dev grade 3.

Success at Herts Grades
Congratulations to all the girls who passed their Hertfordshire Grades on Sunday 10th March 2024.
Strong performances from our girls resulted in them easily passing their grades. With special mentions to Tierney (vault and floor) and Aurora (bars) for winning trophies for the highest Grade 1 scores and Tierney finishing with the highest overall score to become Grade 1 Champion!
